The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery provides state of the art treatment in all fields of Orthopaedic Surgery including Trauma and Accident Surgery, Spine Surgery, Joint Replacements, Paediatric Orthopaedics, Head and Neck Surgery, Shoulder Surgery, Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy.

The department handling by the Chief Orthopaedic surgeon Dr.S. Anbazhagan (Ms.Ortho, D.Ortho, DNB) with a spirited and committed team of senior and associate consultants providing expert surgical care. The facilities provided in the department have expanded steadily and today it performs more than 450 major surgeries per year and has out-patient strength in excess of 2000 new patients and total outpatient attendance of more than 9000 every year.

Dr.G.Thilakavathi., MBBS.,FCD,FCGP (General Physician & Fellowship Certificate in Diabetology) provides comprehensive, patient healthcare service, treating all general infections and complications arising from various conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, etc.

Dr. A. Kavitha Devi, M.B.B.S., M.S. (OG), has been rendering services in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and contributed to the growth of dept. of OBG at Kavitha Ortho & Multispeciality Hospital. She is well skilled in managing pregnancies and performing various gynaecological procedures with patience and calmness. Her dedication to patient care and women’s health has earned her popularity with the patients in short period.

Dr. A. Muthukumaran, M.B.B.S. has been rendering services as a duty medical officer at our Emergency Care / Casuality unit. He is trusted and experienced doctor and serving patients by successfully diagnosing, treating and also managing their illness and diseases.
