Dr. Manoj Sharma is Vice President of the prestigious, Delhi Spine Society. He was organising Secretary for the International Spine Conference, ASSICON 2011 ( Annual Conference of Association of Spine Surgeons of India). and Organising Chairman of ICS, Jabalpur 2014 (Instructional Course in Spine, with Eurospine)on He has organised many conferences on Laser and Spine surgery, latest being ENDOSPINE-2007, an International conference on Percutaneous and Endoscopic Spine Surgery. held in New Delhi on 26th and 27th of May 2007. He was Organising Secretary of DOACON 2011 ( Delhi Orthopaedic Association Annual Conference). He is Chairman, Scientific Committee of ACMISST, Goa, 2015 (International Conference on Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery)
Dr. Manoj Sharma is currently the Chairman and Head of Orthopaedic Spine Surgery Department, Jaipur Golden Hospital New Delhi. He also heads the department of Minimally invasive spine surgery, Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh. Dr. Sharma treats all types of Spine patients, ranging from Trauma to Tumour, Spinal deformities, backaches, Cervical and Lumbar disc Herniations, cervical myelopathy, Spondylolysthesis etc. He has evolved a unique technique for minimally invasive spinal fusion. He is opinion leader in development of spinal endoscopes and other spinal implants and instruments, manufactured by famous international companies. Besides spine he also does complicated trauma surgery and joint replacements.
